Changes to orders

We require orders or changes to orders before 10am the day before, otherwise the following late fees may apply:

• orders received between 10am – 12pm $10 

• orders received between 12pm – 2pm $15

• orders received between 2pm – 4.30pm, $25

• orders received on the day catering is required $30

• product requested is subject to availability

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees may apply:

• less than 24 business hrs notice, up to 50% of the total cost

• cancelling on the same day catering required, up to 100% of the total cost

Issues with catering

If you are not happy with the quality or condition of the products on arrival, please let us know immediately, as our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns.

If Dusted & Delicious Catering accepts responsibility for an error with the order, or quality of the products received, we will provide a refund, replacement of the item, or a discount will be applied to the order, where applicable.

• within the Wellington CBD - $11 delivery fee 

• outside Wellington CBD - please contact us

Please Note: For all orders outside Wellington CBD food is plated onto disposable platters (biodegradable and/or recyclable).  All food is delivered cold with reheating instructions if appropriate.
